GUIDELINES FOR FACILITY RENTAL

The rental fee includes exclusive use of the building and grounds. A Mystic Arts Center representative will be on the premises for the duration of your event.

The MAC is available nightly from 5pm - 11pm, and caterers have access to the facility beginning at 3pm. A list of suggested caterers, photographers, musicians and florists is available upon request.

Alcohol may be served until one half hour before the end of your event. Cash bars and kegs are prohibited, and guests may not supply their own alcohol. All caterers and liquor purveyors must have a Certificate of Insurance on file at the Mystic Arts Center.

A non-refundable $1,000 deposit (independent of rental fee) and signed contract are required to reserve an event date. The deposit will be returned the week following your event, pending satisfactory cleanup of the facility. A Certificate of Insurance is required.
